TCC has developed a raft of quality health, safety, environmental and discipline training courses.
Training packages have been developed to meet the needs of the Petro-Chem, Oil & Gas and Power Generation industry sectors and are particularly focussed on these areas to give employees effective training related to their own work activities. The emphasis is on hands-on, inter-active activities to make training situations real and relevant to the individuals working environment. Most of the courses are highly participative in nature and the candidates are expected to become actively involved.
All TCC personnel are experienced in the energy, manufacturing and transportation industries giving them the ability to deliver cohesive focused training in the areas of trade and discipline training which they undertake. All TCC personnel have National Vocational Qualifications in the delivery of training.

Facilities
Courses are run at a variety of venues including TCC's Head Office, at Ellon and our facility in Malta. The custom built Classrooms are supported by a full range of state of the art instructional equipment and training aids are utilised to support training from video facilities to 3D models. Video Facilities are utilised for assessment during training exercises and debrief of candidates. In addition TCC possess practical training areas which are also supported by a full range of equipment for skills based training such as Forklifts, Cranes, Pallet Lifters, Rigging and Lifting equipment etc.
The company has recently been awarded the delivery of a number of major contracts; Training, Leadership & Technical Assessment contract for Kazakhstan and a worldwide training contract for an international drilling contractor. These courses are being run from our head office in Inverurie and various specialist-training establishments, such as fire fighting in the north east of Scotland.
TCC is one of a small number of training providers in the United Kingdom that have been accredited to the stringent requirements of the International Standard BS EN ISO 9001:2000 for the design and delivery of training. TCC has also gained Approved Centre Status for the award of National Vocational Qualifications and has the ability to deliver these awards and support for candidates anywhere in the UK.
