TCC has developed a raft of health, safety, environmental and discipline training courses to meet the needs of the Petro-Chem, Oil & Gas and Power Generation industries our extensive portfolio contains over 60 courses and workshops, designed to give delegates key skills and develop their competence across a number of disciplines.
All
training programmes have been developed to give employees effective
training related to their own work activities. The emphasis is on
hands-on, inter-active activities to make training situations real and
relevant to the individuals working environment.
All TCC Lecturer's and Instructor's are experienced in the Energy, Manufacturing and Transportation industries giving them the ability to deliver focused cohesive relevant supported by a professional and experienced HSE team.

for Customers specific operational challenges focusing on crucial
skills and proficiencies that are scarce within Customers workforce.
TCC delivery style looks at Maximisation of learning time, 100% of training resources utilisation, delivering significant knowledge and building relevant skills. All of our Programmes or Workshops can also be delivered in languages other than English.
Facilities
Courses are run at TCCs Head Office at Ellon, Aberdeenshire Training Centre, and our facility in Malta as well as at external venues such as Customer facilities and installations.
Our Classrooms are supported by a full range of state of the art instructional equipment and training aids utilised to support training range from Video facilities to 3D models and the use of professional actors in Role Play. Video Facilities are utilised for assessment during training exercises and debrief of candidates.
In addition TCC possess practical training areas which are also supported by a full range of leading edge equipment for skills based training such as Confined Space Entry, Emergency Team Training, Tower Scaffold Erection, Heli-Refuling, working at Height etc
